About the Provider
Kathleen Sulpizio, LSW, is a Behavioral Health Consultant with over 11 years of experience in social work. Her background includes working with children and families in foster care, CYS, and juvenile probation, as well as supporting adults with physical and mental disabilities. She is experienced in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and works with children ages 5 and older and their families. Kathleen joined Welsh Mountain Health, which later merged with Union Community Care, in January 2018 and became an LSW in November 2024.
