Erica Gaimari is a Holistic Board-Certified Registered Nurse with 22 years of experience across acute care, behavioral health, substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, community health, and intensive care. Strong background in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, holistic nursing, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Experienced in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) care. Dedicated to advancing equitable, person-centered SUD and mental health care with an emphasis on harm reduction strategies and a strengths-based approach to treatment and prevention.
