Chantal provides a global healthcare perspective, as she was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and studied in Toronto, Canada. After moving to Lancaster in 2004, she worked in several nursing roles at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. Chantal joined Union Community Care in 2019.
