What can we help you find?

Visit Union Community Care’s Two New Pharmacies!

Adding pharmacy care to our integrated and inclusive services that are designed for you – medical care, dental care, behavioral health, social support, and now pharmacy care –  all in the same space.

We’re excited to share with you that Union Community Care has opened two new pharmacies in Lancaster City, bringing closer convenience and access to affordable medications right where you get care.

You can find our new pharmacies inside our Lancaster SouthEast location at 625 South Duke Street and our Lancaster Downtown location at 304 North Water Street. The two new pharmacies are also in addition to the pharmacy inside our Lebanon Medical location.

With these new on-site pharmacies, you can fill prescriptions quickly and confidently without having to make multiple trips to manage your health needs so you don’t have to skip a beat when it comes to your health, family, friends, and work.

Here are a few frequently asked questions about the new pharmacies:

Do I have to be a Union Community Care patient to use the pharmacies?

No! All of our pharmacies are open-door, which means they are open to both patients and community members who are not patients. However, Union Community Care patients enjoy the added benefit of having access to low-cost medication at or near the same location as their Primary Care Provider.

What services are available?

Our pharmacies provide free medication consultations, over-the-counter household medications, low-cost prescription medications for those who qualify, and free, customized pill packs to simplify your medication routine. We also offer free home delivery within 10 miles of each pharmacy, making it easier to access needed medication.

See all services.

Who qualifies for low-cost prescription medications?

Union Community Care participates in HRSA’s 340B Drug Pricing Program. The 340B program allows our providers and pharmacy team to work together to ensure Union Community Care patients can access low-cost medications needed to get and stay healthy.

What about insurance?

We participate in all major insurance plans, including commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, and CHIP.

When are the Lancaster pharmacies open?

Our pharmacies at Lancaster Downtown and Lancaster SouthEast have the same hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
