What can we help you find?

Coming Soon: Lancaster West End!

A new chapter for care, right in the heart of Downtown Lancaster.

We’re excited to share some great news with our community! In March 2026, Union Community Care will open the doors to our newest location, Lancaster West End, located at 234 W. Orange Street, Lancaster.

This new site represents an important step forward in our mission to provide accessible, high-quality care in welcoming, modern spaces designed with our patients in mind.

What This Means for Grandview Patients

As part of this transition, our Grandview site will be moving to the new Lancaster West End location. Until the move is complete, patients will continue receiving care at the Grandview site as usual. There is no immediate change to appointments, providers, or services at this time.

What This Means for Brightside Patients

Brightside medical services will be moving to the new Lancaster West End location. Until the move is complete, patients will continue receiving care at Brightside as usual. There is no immediate change to appointments, providers, or services at this time.

Once the move is complete, Brightside will be a Behavioral Health facility only.

We are committed to making this move as smooth and seamless as possible, and we’ll continue to share updates as March 2026 approaches.

We’re Here to Help

If you have any questions about the upcoming move or what it means for your care, our team is happy to help. Patients are encouraged to call us directly or speak with a front desk team member at their next visit.

Thank you for trusting Union Community Care with your health. We look forward to welcoming you to Lancaster West End and continuing to serve you in a new space built for our growing community.

Why are you moving sites?

We’re consolidating services into a new, modern facility that allows us to better serve patients with improved space and resources.

Will I continue seeing my same provider?

Yes! We’re working to keep care teams together whenever possible – if you’d like to make a change and see a different provider you’re welcome to, otherwise, your care will stay the same.

What if the new location is harder for me to get to?

Please let us know – we want to work with you to make sure you can continue your care without barriers. We have multiple other locations that might be closer to your home.

Do I need to do anything right now?

Not right now. We’ll contact you directly about appointments and next steps as we get closer to the opening.

What will happen to Grandview’s Urgent Care?

Urgent care will be relocating to our Downtown site, 304 N Water St, Lancaster, PA 17603. It’s only a few blocks away from the West End site and centrally located downtown!
