What can we help you find?

Attention: South Duke St. Closure

Updates for patients visiting our Lancaster Southeast location at 625 S. Duke Street.

Beginning today, January 5 2026, access to our Lancaster Southeast site may be temporarily disrupted due to city construction in the area.

As part of this work, South Duke Street is closed to through traffic, which may affect your usual route to our office. We want to assure patients and visitors that Union Community Care remains open and accessible during this time.

How to Access Our Location

Access to the Lancaster Southeast site is available via the Dauphin Street / South Duke Street intersection. Please plan a few extra minutes for your visit and follow posted detour signs as needed.

Need Help Getting Here?

If you experience any difficulty reaching our office or have questions about directions, please call us. Our team will be happy to assist you and help ensure you arrive safely and on time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as the city completes this important work, and we look forward to continuing to serve you.

Why is the street closed?

This work is part of a larger scale project on South Duke Street that consists of but not limited to; curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, shared use pathway, highway lighting, traffic signal upgrades, paving, signing, pavement markings, green infrastructure, and stormwater separation.

How long will the construction go on?

As of right now, the city anticipates the final completion of this project to be Summer 2026. Construction blocking access to our site may end sooner and we will notify you if anything changes.

Where can I park?

The city has posted signs for you to follow that will lead you to a church parking lot across the street from our site.
