About the Provider
Jennifer Swope, LCSW, has over 30 years of social work experience, including 2+ years as a licensed Behavioral Health Clinician. She uses Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, CBT, and DBT, and has worked with both seriously mentally ill adults and youth ages 10–19. Jennifer joined Union Community Care as a Behavioral Health Consultant in October 2025.
