Holiday hours for Union Community Care locations

Wondering about schedule changes at Union Community Care during the holidays? We’ve got you covered with all the important details to keep you in the know and ready to go!

All Union Community Care locations will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, and Wednesday, January 1. However, please note different hours for the surrounding days.

The week of Christmas Eve and Christmas:

  • Locations (excluding Lebanon Urgent Care and Lebanon Pharmacy) will close at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24.
    • Lebanon Urgent Care will close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24.
    • Lebanon Pharmacy will close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24.
  • All sites will be closed on Wednesday, December 25.
  • Sites not including our school-based sites will reopen on Thursday, December 26.
    • All school-based sites will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 and remain closed for the rest of the week, except for Lancaster George Washington Elementary School-Based Health Center, which will reopen on Friday, December 27.

The week of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day:

  • Locations (excluding Lebanon Urgent Care and Lebanon Pharmacy) will close at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31.
    • Lebanon Urgent Care will close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31.
    • Lebanon Pharmacy will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31.
  • All sites will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, and will reopen on Thursday, January 2.
